Returns & Exchanges

Pini Parma offers a refined return process, allowing customers 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange items for a perfect fit. All returned garments must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all sartorial details are protected, and include the provided return form inside.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal, then attach it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to the designated courier; once received and inspected at our Italian workshop, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
